1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Little Faith App (the "App"), you, as the parent or legal guardian ("you" or "Guardian"), agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") on behalf of yourself and the minor child in your care ("Child"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Little Faith ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully.

2. Who May Use This App

This App is intended solely for use by children under the supervision and with the express consent of a parent or legal guardian. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of the Child who will use the App;
• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms on behalf of your Child;
• You will supervise your Child's use of the App and take responsibility for ensuring appropriate use;
• You will not allow any child to use the App without your consent and supervision.

3. COPPA Compliance — Children Under 13

ℹ️ This App is subject to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verified parental consent. As a parent or guardian, you have the right to:

• Review any personal information we have collected from your Child;
• Request deletion of your Child's personal information;
• Refuse further collection or use of your Child's information;
• Withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at littlefaithapp@gmail.com.

Before your Child can use the App, we require verifiable parental consent. This may include submitting a signed consent form, providing a valid payment method, or another verification method as required by COPPA.

4. License and Permitted Use

We grant you and your Child a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You and your Child agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the App;
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App;
• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;
• Access any portion of the App not intended for your or your Child's use;
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App's operation.

5. Content and Faith-Based Material

Little Faith App provides Bible stories, explanations of scripture, and bedtime stories from a Christian faith-based perspective. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The content is faith-based and reflects a Christian worldview;
• Biblical interpretations and story retellings are presented for educational and spiritual enrichment purposes;
• Content is not a substitute for formal religious instruction, clergy guidance, or church attendance;
• We make reasonable efforts to ensure content is age-appropriate and accurate to scripture, but we do not guarantee doctrinal perfection across all Christian denominations;
• Content may reflect general Christian values and may not align with every denomination's specific teachings.

6. User Accounts and Security

If the App requires account creation, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at littlefaithapp@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

If the App offers in-app purchases or subscription services, all purchases are final unless otherwise required by law. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Parents are solely responsible for all charges made through their account, including any unauthorized purchases by their Child. We strongly recommend enabling purchase restrictions on your device.

8. Intellectual Property

All content within Little Faith App, including but not limited to text, images, audio, illustrations, and code, is owned by or licensed to Little Faith and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any App content without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LITTLE FAITH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR OR YOUR CHILD'S USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Little Faith, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your or your Child's violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your license to use the App immediately ceases.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of MN/USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Minnesota, USA, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
